ASL Aviation are a global cargo airline headquartered in Ireland. People Performance were contracted to deliver an Organisational Development project using the Employee Life Cycle as the framework of focus. People Performance conducted an in depth evaluation of all aspects of the Human Capital function and initiated a number of projects to address areas of focus. This included standardising organisational structure across the group, design of standardised Job Descriptions, design of tiered competency framework, design of selection and performance management system, introduction of psychometric assessment for senior roles; creation of the “ASL Academy” suite of training initiatives focusing on selection and leadership training, implementation of group wide employee engagement survey etc. The result of this has been the creation of a best in class Human Capital function across the entire European airline leading to higher levels of engagement and performance.
