Bord na Mona

Bord na Mona is one of Ireland’s largest employers with multiple divisions covering a range of businesses including Wind Energy, Waste Management, Power Stations, Solid Fuels etc. People Performance was commissioned to assist Bord na Mona identify existing and potential leaders within their organisation. In order to do this, we developed a 2 day Leadership Development experience for existing High potential persons across the organisation. The programme involved a combination of 1:1 Coaching with one of our Psychologists, Experiential learning workshops, which simulated real work situations, psychometrics, 360 feedback, personal development workshops etc. Over 120 persons attended the programme and each left with a clear understanding of their areas of Strength/development and a concrete action plan with which to work. The programme received a hugely positive response with 100% of all attendees saying that they would recommend the programme to a colleague.
