People Performance were selected from a competitive tender process to work with the Central Bank to deliver a root and branch evaluation of the selection process within Central Bank. This was to achieve a number of objectives which included creation of efficiencies for the internal talent acquisition team, ensuring objectivity of assessment and application of diversity and inclusion lens over the selection life cycle. People Performance conducted an in depth analysis leading a series of recommendations and actions that would lead to immediate improvements in the overall process. The result greater levels of accuracy and efficiency across the Talent Acquisition process.
