People Performance were engaged by Google to create the “Empower” programme. This programme was aimed at all people Managers in the Large Customer Sales (LCS) business. The focus of the programme was providing people managers with the tools and practical experience to manage the well being of their teams by empowering team members to create higher levels of personal resilience. This programme was originally delivered face to face, but we pivoted to an online approach during Covid.
It was a pleasure to partner with People Performance in the design and roll out of this programme which became even more relevant following the challenges that Covid brought to our business. People Performance were very thoughtful about the design and very flexible to work with and we were delighted with the resulting impact delivered.
