Partnering with Kepak, People Performance provided expertise during the set up phase of the HR and L&D functions within Kepak. Specific deliverables includes creation of a Learning Strategy, creation of appropriate budget to deliver training plan for the whole organisation. Specific training interventions were created. Matched to this was a talent strategy to ensure succession planning aligned to the planned business growth. The result was the creation of a fully functioning and self sustaining function.
