Paddy Power
Paddy Power is one of Irelands leading bookmaking companies with operations across Ireland and the UK. Having gone through a period of unprecedented growth, Paddy Power recognised the need to assess persons effectively and objectively. People Performance were commissioned to deliver a series of workshops to up skill the management population of Paddy Power, delivering a programme entitled “Hire Like a Pro.” Over 130 managers attended the programme with resoundingly positive feedback resulting from the attending population. Paddy Power has reported a significant improvement in the selection and hiring decisions since the delivery of the programme across all areas of the business.
We engaged with People Performance for a number of initiatives related to selecting Talent for our organisation. They provided advice in assessment methodologies for selecting potential hires for Paddy Power. We found them to be experts on a wide range of Psychometric tools. People Performance were also instrumental in upskilling our management teams in applicant selection, having trained over 100 of our people in assessment best practice.
