People Performance partner with Penneys Ireland to deliver the “Management Skills” programme. This multi module 4 day programme serves as a foundation programme for all retail managers across the Irish business. The key focus of this programme is to provide retail managers with a series of practical toolkits to use when managing, motivating and engaging their teams. Areas of focus include understanding personality difference, motivation, unconscious bias, effective communication, planning and organising etc. Delegates experience classroom based sessions as well as number of practicals and exercises as well as coursework. The programme takes place across the year and delegates are tasked with presenting their learning and application during their final module. The programme has resulted in significant improvements in Leadership capability across the organisation.
