Recognising a need to focus on the People side of Leadership, People Performance were successful in winning a competitive tender to deliver a comprehensive management skills programme for all people leaders across the organisation. The result was the creation of a 3 day on-site programme taking place at our offices in Rathmines. This practical programme ensured that all delegates developed heightened levels of self awareness as well as providing key coaching skill sets to all delegates, resulting in increased capability across the organisation.
