People Performance were engaged by PTSB to design, develop and implement a Leadership Development Programme for its middle and senior leaders across the bank. Two parallel programmes were created – “Evolve” aimed at mid tier leaders and “Summit” aimed at senior leaders. Both programmes created an immersive two day experience which combined 1:1 coaching and work simulations creating “a day in the life” of persons operating at the level above. Utilising our team of professional actors, we were able to observe and provide detailed feedback to the delegates, allowing them to create specific and tailored development plans. This was combined with a detailed psychometric profile and 360 degree feedback. It also allowed the organisation to have a clear view of levels of current talent and where development initiatives needed to be focussed.
