TSM Engineering

TSM is one of Ireland’s leading engineering firm, producing plastics for industry and exporting to Europe Asia and the US. With increasing customer demand, a need was identified to develop and enhance team productivity. People Performance created a one day workshop, specifically for the TSM team, with a focus on team dynamics. Our emphasis was on High Performance teams with some of the outcomes including a High Performance team Audit, leveraging difference and diversity, and a specific action plan leading to real productivity improvements across the team.
