As a professional business psychologist Joe brings a strong understanding of work behaviour to support executives, managers and their teams in the challenges they face in their day-to-day leadership and in delivery of their business goals. With approximately 30 years experience he has specialised in the area of leadership coaching, assessment and development with a range of clients in the private and public sector clients in Ireland, the UK, Europe, USA and Asia. In addition, Joe has earned his stripes in the world of Soccer having played representative soccer. Since leaving his playing days behind, Joe has qualified as a soccer coach and currently coach’s senior teams within Dublin. His work includes:

  • Providing individual executive / management coaching
  • Conducting team coaching for senior leadership teams;
  • Designing and delivering leadership development programmes at all levels;
  • Conducting bespoke individual assessments at middle management to executive levels for promotion, development and as part of organisation restructuring;
  • Designing and delivering assessment centres from graduate to executive level:
  • Facilitation of a range people leadership skills workshops;
  • Competency development and design.

  • Diploma in Personnel Management, NCIR (now NCI)
  • Higher Diploma in Statistics, Trinity College Dublin
  • Banking Certificate Level A & B, Institute of Bankers
  • Ph D. Psychology, Trinity College Dublin
  • Chartered Member of Institute of Personnel & Development (MCIPD)
  • Certificates in Occupational Testing (Level A and Level B)
  • Registered Psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland
  • Founding Member of the Association for Coaching (MAC)
  • Certificate in Executive Coaching from the ICCP, Sydney University
