The challenges of day-to-day living can ebb away and even the most resilient of us can be tested. Our workshops focus on how you can apply techniques to combat the stressors and actually increase your mental toughness. Drawing from the world of business and sport, delegates will gain an insight into the causes of stress and potential ‘hot spots.’ We will draw on personality theory and examine how different personality types can be negatively affected by different stimuli. Leveraging off the principles of the work of Martin Seligman in the field of Positive Psychology, delegates will leave our sessions with a tool kit for dealing with personal stressors and strategies that can overcome these and lead to success.
